We reject the laziness theory
India does not have a youth laziness problem. India has a work, wage, dignity and future problem. A generation cannot be blamed for a maze it did not build.
Public Manifesto
They called us lazy.
They called us unemployable.
They called us distracted.
So we organised the most employable species in history: the cockroach.
India does not have a youth laziness problem. India has a work, wage, dignity and future problem. A generation cannot be blamed for a maze it did not build.
A race is not fair when some begin with land, English, coaching, contacts and inherited calm while others begin with debt, discrimination and family pressure.
Unpaid internships are not opportunities. They are wage theft with better fonts. Exposure is not a currency. Certificates are not meals.
If an app controls price, time, route, rating, access and punishment, then the app is not a marketplace. It is management without a face.
Students cannot be asked to worship merit while paper leaks, recruitment delays and coaching markets eat their youth.
We demand work that pays, education that does not bankrupt families, exams that do not leak, housing that does not eat wages and speech that is not switched off.
